Agnes Waters and the town of 1770 are perfect. Quite small, but everything you need; cheat surfing (not that amazing, but good for beginners), everything with in walking distance, chilling at the beach at night with a fire, full moon and a midnight swim. Stayed at Backpackers 1770 which is the 2nd choice in this town to Cool Bananas. The crowd was fantastic though and Bananas had a bit of an attitude for the people that transferred hostels. Aussies are so religous...you can not buy alcohol on Good Friday (every gets it the night before). I met an Aussie drinking his beer while walking his dog and managed to buy a bottle of Bundaberg Rum. He also, invited me in for a beer with his kids and dad. Cool eh.
